My Order
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website's tracking page to see real-time updates on your shipment's status.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us a cancellation request within 24 hours of your purchase. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but you can return them upon receipt following our return policy.
What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?
We strive for complete satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the return process and ensure the correct or a replacement item is sent out immediately.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can change the delivery address by contacting our customer service team as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and the new address details. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly to see if they can reroute your package.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, typically, shipping takes on average 8-14 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.

What materials are the shirts made from?
Our kits are made from lightweight, breathable polyester blends - similar to those used in the original shirts. They're designed to be comfortable for everyday wear, five-a-side games, or just showing off your football heritage.
Will I get the same number and name style as the original kits?
For the best fit, we recommend ordering one size up from your usual size. You’ll find a detailed size guide on each product page, but if you’re unsure, feel free to contact us -we’re always happy to help you get the right fit.
Can I wash the shirts normally?
Yes, but we recommend washing your kit inside out on a cold, gentle cycle to preserve the print, embroidery, and fabric. Avoid tumble drying or ironing directly over logos or name prints.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For more information, please visit our "returns policy" page.
How do I return my order?
If you’d like to return your order, just email us at returns@ashmere.com within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.
Please note: we don’t offer free returns. This helps us keep our prices fair and accessible for everyone. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives safely.
