Crafted by adidas, the shirt features a clean and modern design with Chelsea’s classic royal blue base, accented by bold gold trim to celebrate their European crown. The gold adidas stripes, badge, and sponsor detailing give it a regal, victorious feel, fitting for a side that had just reached the summit of European football. It was the final season with Samsung as the sponsor in this particular style, and the last home kit worn by Frank Lampard before his departure. Though the league campaign had its ups and downs, Chelsea added the UEFA Europa League trophy to their cabinet by season’s end - becoming the first club to hold both major European titles simultaneously.
